, Advertising executes mostly template driven production work for all advertising on a strict deadline schedule for local operating companies in the assigned region. This position works closely with the advertising manager, field marketing team and field management to produce various types of advertising collateral.


Supports the advertising and creative teams. Helps coordinate for listing advertising and graphics support for consumer, recruiting and internal marketing materials.

Maintain existing templates for various content rotations, including listing ad sections, brand/message advertising, services, office contact information, etc.

Production of various multi-media materials, including newspaper and magazine advertising, awards and recognition advertisements.

Collaborate with the advertising manager and field marketing team to create newspaper display advertising for local operating companies

Clearly and effectively communicate company brand identity and design strategy for all advertising

Maintain advertising projects / deadlines

Updates existing templates; modify corporate advertising collateral as needed

Support Field Marketing Manager by being the primary owner of marketing request planning, accurate and detailed submission, and tracking of projects and deliverables into the regional marketing support traffic system. Monitor timelines and ensure deadlines and lead times are adhered to. Be entirely adept at understanding company identity standards and identifying deficiencies in that area. Collaborate with regional center to issue press releases to promote company and agent news items such achievements, awards, designations, groundbreakings, events, new hires, etc.

Recommend and support e-marketing and social media strategies that are in concert with the local marketing business plan, and upon approval, leverage local and regional technology resources to implement. Make recommendations for local site content and use of site functionality to support the company’s business goals. Be available to support affiliated agents with their understanding of technology and social media

Interact with regional e-marketing manager assigned to local company to report problems and issues relating to the company’s consumer websites and local Intranet. Provide content for local site(s) and, when appropriate or as directed, oversee the facilitation of regional support to achieve site content goals

Show flexibility, a willingness to learn, and apply enthusiasm to both administrative and production duties.

Assist with other tasks as assigned

Basic Skills/Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Graphic Design with an emphasis on computer design, or graduation from a professional art design academy accredited by the National Association of Schools of Art & Design (2-3 year program) required; 2 years of experience accepted in lieu of degree

2 years’ experience in an agency or creative fulfillment environment. A portfolio is required

Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one or small/large groups to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization

Show flexibility, a willingness to learn, and apply enthusiasm to both administrative and production duties.

Must have excellent communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills

Communicates with a positive and professional attitude

Writes clearly and concisely, with an appropriate awareness of the intended audience

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs: Word, PowerPoint, MS Office, and Excel

Expert proficiency with the preparation of graphic materials using software such as Adobe In Design, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Powerpoint.

PC and MAC proficiency required

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail

Proactive problem solving skills; participates in developing and working towards team goals; seeks to understand differing viewpoints or opposing ideas

Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
