Job Description

What you ll get to do:

CACI is looking for an energetic professional with outstanding

analytical capabilities to join our Government Compliance team; you

will be a self-starter and enthusiastic team member who is highly

organized with excellent attention to detail. You will be a

contributor to the Government Compliance team and will assist in

supporting DCAA s Incurred Cost audits. The successful candidate will

require to have experience in government contracting and good

understanding of the FAR and CAS.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to gain deep

exposure to government compliance and be challenged in a

results-driven team. The Government Compliance Analyst must exercise

judgment and possess strong problem-solving skills in performing

his/her duties while complying with established policies and

procedures. This is a full-time regular position and you will work in

our Reston Town Center office.

More about this role:

This position reports to the Director, Government Compliance and will:

* Acts as liaison with DCAA/DCMA and interface for reviews and


* Works with management to ensure compliance with government laws

* Maintain appropriate records and documentation; tracks, monitors,

and reports data to support government compliance

* Identifies potential government compliance problems and works to

resolve them as well as to prevent future problems

* Works with managers from other departments to identify potential

compliance issues in a proactive fashion

* Assists management in creating training sessions with employees to

address compliance issues

* Provides advice and guidance to less experienced government

compliance analysts

* Special projects, as required

You ll bring these qualifications:

* Experience in government contracting and familiarity with FAR and


* Experience in preparing the Incurred Cost Submission

* Advanced Excel proficiency

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to

explain and defend a point of view

* Self-starter able to take initiative within a fast paced, agile


* Must have excellent working knowledge of Microsoft applications:

Excel, Word, PowerPoint

* Ability to build effective client relationships adapting style to

the client

* Well organized and confident to work independently but be a strong

team player

* Ability to effectively manage ambiguity and multi-task on a

variety of initiatives

* Solid business acumen

* Demonstrates confidence and credibility

* Good judgment and decision-making skills

Desired Qualifications:

* Have knowledge and experience in auditing

* Ability to effectively interact with DCAA auditors and work


* Strong analytical and critical think capabilities is desirable

* Experience in Deltek Costpoint and IBM Cognos is a plus

Education and Experience:

* BS in Accounting, Finance or related field with an

Accounting/Auditing focus is highly preferred. 5-7 years of

related experience required. Must be fully competent in Government

compliance issues, specifically related to FAR and CAS
