Responsible for implementing SEO & PPC campaigns by business units and regions. Responsible for managing all aspects of SEO to increase organic search visibility and ranking. Responsible for managing, and monitoring PPC agency for performance.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Build and implement an effective SEO strategy across all business units

• Set up and manage SEO tool kit, SEO campaign process, SEO analytics and SEO dashboard

• Implement SEO best practices into content creation and web experience to build qualified traffic to while reducing bounce rates

• Leverage web analytics around web traffic to improvise on-going and new SEO campaigns

• Set up, monitor and maintain successful Pay Per Click advertising campaign including keywords, bids, ad copy & landing pages

• Collaborates with regional/ business unit partners to build PPC capabilities and optimize campaigns internationally and across languages to ensure localization of PPC campaign components for use in global markets.

• Set up international PPC campaigns

• Optimizes and expands paid search strategies across product lines.

• Repurposes and distributes marketing content through paid search channels.

• Researches and identifies keyword and targeting opportunities in the paid search channel.

• Conducts continuous A/B and multivariate testing of campaign messaging and landing pages.

• Champions PPC management best practices and KPIs across regions.

• Manage external agency and contract work as needed

• Work with BU & digital team members to guide development of landing pages and related assets for PPC & SEO campaigns

• Manages bidding strategies and optimization of PPC on Google, Bing, and more.

• Manages global budget and optimization of the PPC spend across


• An experienced SEO champion with proven hands-on experience in transforming SEO in large company

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or in marketing

• An experienced SEO champion with proven hands-on experience in transforming SEO in large company

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or in marketing

• 3 years of recent pay per click management and SEO experience.

• 3 years of digital marketing strategy for B2B lead generation including driving PPC campaign performance in a B2B environment

• International PPC experience

• Thorough knowledge of Search Engine Advertising/Search Engine Marketing including campaign creation and optimization and campaign management tools, including AdWords, Bing Ads

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Webmaster Tools and HTML.

• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager, Intershop or similar CMS with WYSIWYG functionality.

• Google Adwords and Bing Ads professional certifications strongly preferred.

• Demonstrated knowledge and experience with personas and buyers journeys.

• Preferred working knowledge of c4C, Qlikview, Marketo.

• ROI-driven and dissatisfied with maintaining the status quo.

• Strong desire to innovate and test new SEO & PPC opportunities and strategies

• Digital experience beyond digital tactics and how to leverage for demand generation, awareness and various marketing variables, metrics, analytics as well as the ability to work with market research tools and input.

• Thorough understanding of PPC (pay-per-click) bidding strategies, campaign conversion & ROI (return-on-investment) and other performance measurements.

• Thorough understanding of CPL (cost-per-lead), CPI (cost-per-inquiry) and CPC (cost-per-click)

• Strong analytical and statistical skills: ability to gather, analyse, summarize, and present data.

• Highly collaborative experience

• Global experience, ability to work across various cultures & capability levels, understanding regional trends and media landscape across different regions.

• Progressive Mindset – will push to the boundaries and able to lead self and others

• A self-starter who can lead through ambiguity and is a creative problem solver

• Ability to write ad copy, landing pages, value propositions, subject lines.

• Strong business acumen and writing/verbal communication skills.

• Highly motivated with the ability to work under ambiguity and operate with minimal oversight
