About the role:

Develops and executes the strategic and tactical franchise business plan and commercial initiatives for the global Structural Heart (SH) business focused on the Global LOTUS Edge launch


Your responsibilities include:

This role is for a product marketer who will help lead the global commercialization efforts for the LOTUS Edge Aortic Valve.  This high performing individual will: 

*Support the development and execution of the LOTUS commercialization plan, initially focused on, but not limited to Global Channel Strategy, Sales tools, congress plan and customer engagement execution

*Plan and execute activities tied to key congress, specifically internal and external communication plans and strategic customer engagement in order to grow BSC's leadership presence and mindshare within the SH space. *Monitor clinical studies and develop and execute global messages and tools as appropriate *Monitor competitive activity, messaging, and technology advancements within the SH valves space. Assist with competitive messaging and blunting, developing materials as needed for internal and external use *Interact with key opinion leaders and utilize KOL relationships to inform strategic direction of messaging, product development, etc. *Possess a strong technical and clinical acumen to quickly learn the key elements of the TAVI procedure as well as the LOTUS Edge device and the various adjunctive devices utilized during a TAVI procedure.  *Engage with medical advisory boards to provide key insight into SH commercial activities including launches, strategy, product positioning/messaging and areas for improvement *Manage various marketing activities in support of the SH valves business. Activities to include innovation center support, developing a comprehensive approach to support conversations with economic customers, creating new marketing materials, updating demo materials, etc.

What we're looking for:

*Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in medical devices, preferably in business or marketing *Percutaneous Heart valve, Surgical Heart valve or Interventional Cardiology experience preferred *Undergraduate degree required, MBA preferred *Excellent communication and interpersonal skills *Demonstrated success leading in a team environment *Ability to collaborate and work with others in a dynamic, matrix environment         *Demonstrated success managing complex projects *Requires approximately 25% travel (some global)
