**The Marketing Manager:** Digital will spearhead and drive BAND-IT’s digital

presence; creating innovative ideas that elevate BAND-IT’s inbound digital

strategy, as well lead marketing communication efforts for the overall

company. The role will stay on top of and ahead of the latest digital

trends. He/she will evaluate, recommend, and guide BAND-IT’s execution of

digital programs. They will heavily engage with Product Marketing Managers

and Business Line Leaders and their work will be tied directly to BAND-IT’s

corporate goals, strategies and objectives. Band-It offers a dynamic and

In this role, you will work closely with BAND-IT marketing team members

including Product Marketing, Business Line Leaders, and vendor partners to

ensure that marketing campaigns are delivered as per agreed-upon strategy,

timing and budget, utilizing the latest digital channels and platforms. You

will ensure that all projects and initiatives are efficient, accurate and

optimized for conversion and revenue maximization, with client objectives

foremost in the execution. Responsibilities may also include working to

develop and adjust business plans, support trade fairs, marketing

technology evaluation and implementation.

+ Create, lead and manage digital strategy and marketing plans withparticular focus on web design and usability, site performance andSEO.

+ Lead program to improve conversions on corporate site. Implementstrategies to drive customer conversions and increase funnel forindividual business lines

+ Establish a rigorous data-driven roadmap to ensure continuousimprovement across all global sites

+ Lead SEO and SEM campaigns. Understands website conversion ratesand analytics to recommend implement and manage web strategy.

+ Partner with commercial leaders to ensure use of best practicesacross the organization, drive demand and reduce the cost of leadacquisition

+ Manage digital agencies and marketing vendors within establishedbudget

+ Responsible for leading meetings, reporting results, recommendingnew programs and presenting programs to senior management.

+ Ownership of marketing communication tools including website,digital brochures, product data sheets, catalogues, new productspromotions, training videos, tradeshow messages, and customermailings. Delegate as necessary to marketing specialist

+ Stay current on the latest digital technologies and trends andidentify new opportunities.

+ Responsible for and launch an inbound marketing system and partnerwith key sales functions to drive leads and conversion rates.

+ Lead Social Media strategy and content globally, leveraging latesttrends to enhance brand awareness and message.

+ Manage and enforce the content strategy and brand standards forBAND-IT globally

+ Support trade show coordination and graphic content where necessarywith support from Product Marketing Managers

+ Other responsibilities as necessary to meet performanceexpectations and goals, or as assigned.


+ Bachelor’s degree in business / marketing or related area.

+ 5+ years marketing experience

+ **Strong digital marketing skills:** digital advertising (includingpaid search), mobile, lead generation, e-commerce, SEO.

+ Advanced familiarity with marketing automation software such as(Hubspot), CMS, CRM, PPC, Email Marketing, Landing Page Design,Workflows, Segmentation, HTML/CSS.

+ Strong acumen in web content writing optimized for relevantkeywords.
