Job Overview

The Global Integrated Marketing Manager is responsible for designing and implementing integrated, multitouch demand generation programs by working in partnership with Product & Regional Marketing, Content Marketing, and other disciplines. 

This role is responsible for mapping current and prospective buyer journeys across the digital and non-digital landscape to identify gaps, maximize the value of existing content, select new target audiences and determine the tactical mix and program goals for engagement.

This role will also oversee the planning, development and execution of inbound and outbound digital marketing efforts via web properties, search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), paid advertising, mobile, and emerging online channels.  Responsible for creating repeatable & scalable demand generation programs for regional use.

The Integrated Marketing Manager will be a primary stakeholder of the lead generation funnel, focused on Reach, Engagement, Contact Generation, and conversion into high quality (sales ready) leads.  Must possess sufficient business acumen for determining return on investment of various digital channels and making guiding recommendations. 

This role will collaborate with fellow communicators who possess expertise in external product launches, media placement, digital design, and lead management campaigns.  This role thrives on a constant supply of determined, creative energy and organizational prowess that can be channeled toward email campaigns, blogs, videos, social media, sales presentations, web content, webinars, staff events, media press conferences, or whatever channel is most effective for the occasion.


Develop and implement integrated campaign strategy designed to increase web traffic, engage audience, and generate leads, which could include blog and email writing, social media, photography, videography, polls, surveys, and presentations. Work with Web site resources to ensure that inbound traffic can be converted into known leads through a best-in-class Web experience. 

Work with product/customer marketing in regions to establish a common campaign framework for regional success. 

Coordinate with marketing and communications on planned external marketing campaigns and programs to provide guidance, support and execution on integrated marketing strategies

Using, measuring, and evaluating external digital platforms and recommending improvements to achieve maximum audience participation around the globe and drive specific behavior or change management objectives.

Providing consultative leadership and managing projects related to sales enablement, product launch and promotion, customer/audience engagement, brand awareness, and insight-driven thought leadership around the globe.

Using, measuring, and evaluating external channels and recommending improvements to increase customer and consumer engagement and drive specific behavior or change management objectives.

Oversee social media strategy, including maintaining social handles for the division, senior leaders, and flagship brands, and educating senior division leadership on digital marketing strategy and social media best practices

Create global email marketing strategy, craft campaigns across multiple regions, and manage editorial calendar

Manage team responsible for digital demand creation and regional marketing enablement


Required & Preferred Credentials:

Bachelor’s Degree required:  Communication, Marketing or Journalism preferred

A minimum of 5 years of communications experience

3 years of experience with social media, video production, and web publishing preferred

Proficiency with Business Intelligence tool/s (PowerBI, Tableau, etc.) preferred

SAP Cloud for Customer proficiency preferred

Experience with marketing automation system and integrated content marketing preferred

 Additionally, a strong candidate will have a demonstrated ability to:

Maintain detailed project plans and execute tasks on deadline in a complex, fast-paced global environment.

Confidently and quickly create eloquent and engaging messages and content in a variety of different formats.

Effectively use, measure, and maximize a wide range of marketing technology stack applications: e.g.: MS PowerPoint, HootSuite, Vine, Instagram, Pinterest, SalesForce, Marketo, Brightcove, and web management platforms like Drupal or SharePoint.

Manage time on multiple horizons and work with team members to make prioritization decisions daily.

Be flexible and positive during periods of change and uncertainty.
