Lubrizol Advanced Materials is currently searching for a Global Inbound Marketing Manager. This is an opportunity for a digital marketing professional that has proven their abilities in generating Sales Qualified Leads through effective online content. The Global Inbound Marketing Manager role for Lubrizol's TempRite division puts you in charge of the implementation of Inbound Marketing and other digital strategies for markets around the world.

In this pioneering role reporting the Global Brand Manager, you will plan, develop and implement Inbound Marketing and CRM strategies and tactics as we expand the division's digital impact and reach globally.

Your ability to collaborate and lead cross-functionally will ensure your success as you establish a lead nurturing strategy and program that puts quality leads in the hands of our manufacturing partners using an existing Inbound platform. 

What you will do

*Create and manage social media and content marketing strategies, including the ability to orchestrate the details and then measure results *Provide strong leadership to a team of in-direct reports composed of marketing, sales, technical members, etc and coordinate activities of this cross functional Inbound Marketing Team *Manage video and webinar programs *Lead effective use of social media monitoring tools (Radian 6, Social Studio, etc) *Lead effort to identify, establish and implement best practices for Inbound Marketing and make recommendations concerning Inbound strategy *Identify gaps in our current capabilities and develop action plans to address them *Accelerate mindset change from dependence on marketing with traditional Outbound methods to a greater reliance, trust of Inbound tactics *Help to establish and then maintain global Inbound marketing budget spend

What you need:

*Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, social media or other related.  (MBA a Plus) *Minimum 3 years of digital related marketing *Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including excellent writing skills *Cross Functional leadership ability *Experience managing an Agency as a client *Extensive knowledge of social media and inbound marketing methods *Expertise with HubSpot or similar Inbound platform - Certification a plus *Time management skills; Strong attention to detail, well organized and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously *Experience with international markets a plus *Travel 15- 20% Domestic
