Job ID: R-02844Position Overview:This position exists to lead a team of fill room operators to run various machines according to the established quality, productivity and safety standards set forth by The Coca-Cola Company, ultimately enabling smooth operations of the fill room through effective leadership.Function Specific Activities:Duties & Responsibilities:Must be able to change over and manage all lines associated with the filler to include flavor changes (this includes tank changes startups and shut downs, correct filters, etc...); conduct training of such operations to other associates and use of proper training aids to assist with said training, as needed.Responsible for line changeover and setup (vision system, canalyzer, video jets/container coders, dud inspection equipment); adjustments as necessary for container handling from rinser to cooler.Will be required to perform CIP's on all associated lines on the filler side as well as all skids (includes all testing, chemical additives, chart records, and supervision of others in the CIP process and passivation); train operators on the CIP process and filling out CIP documents and record keeping; completion of all CIP paperwork and chart records.Must possess knowledge of CIP procedures and SDS Data and where to find information for each.Regular communication with Waste Water and Quality Control regarding CIP status, including reporting of all CIP statistics and completions on white board (attendance at white board meetings as necessary).Must be able to perform CIP on coolers, when required.Must thoroughly understand and be able to safely use LO/TO on filling machines; train other associates on LO/TO for each station/line in the filler; must have the necessary tools to safely LO/TO machines; be an example to others by being consistent with the LOTO process.Must be able to use SAP and all daily entry functions; bin to bin transaction; issue materials to process orders; over issue returns of materials with in SAP; manage and maintain the 500 area within the SAP system; report discrepancies to the materials/ingredient clerk; ability to train other associates on SAP and specific area SAP functions.Must complete certified course for all lifts used in fill room and surrounding areas; have ability to safely operate forklifts; required to complete physical movements of materials in and out of filler room; required to fill up propane tanks, inspect lifts; required use of scissor/boom lift.Material incident and reporting; corrective action work; problem solving; analyzing root cause of problems to find solutions.Manage projects/Lead Improvement teams/Facilitate meetings (5S, SMED, Yield, Recycling, Safety                 Improvements, etc.).SOP and Training Aid creation/writing; brainstorming and problem solvingMust understand the importance of safety analysis; ability to give safety talks and train others on safety topics; maintain a safe work habit/work area; recognize and correct safety hazards.Must possess the knowledge of basic costs/overtime control, planning and plant objectives.Work with new associates to ensure all processes are properly carried out. Adherence to 5'S completion and compliance expectations.Completion of daily sanitation requirements; other job related duties as assigned.\r

Eligibility RequirementsBasic reading and writing skills are required Three to six months experience in a production environment: beverage processing knowledge is preferredMust be able to add, subtract, multiply & divide.
