\u003cp\u003eAs a successful Managing Partner (General Manager), you must be able to fit all of the pieces of the restaurant puzzle together. \u0026nbsp;Being a fully functioning expert in all processes and positions, you will lead the overall operations of your restaurant and serve as the face of Bonefish in your community. \u0026nbsp;A\u0026nbsp;Bonefish Grill leader is extremely hands-on in the\u0026nbsp;FOH\u0026nbsp;and BOH\u0026nbsp;(front-of-the-house and back-of-the-house) and ensures a personalized experience is provided to each customer, each time.\u003c/p\u003e

\u003cli\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eBeing the restaurant of choice and the face of\u0026nbsp;Bonefish\u003c/strong\u003e: resolving any guest complaints, participating in neighborhood activities/events\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eExhibiting strong business acumen:\u0026nbsp;\u003c/strong\u003edeveloping initiatives to build sales, increasing profitability and growing the guest count of your restaurant\u003c/li\u003e

\u003cli\u003eFull Casual Dining or Casual Plus environment, a plus\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eHands-on experience in all facets of\u0026nbsp;FOH\u0026nbsp;and\u0026nbsp;HOH\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003ePrevious exposure to a scratch kitchen, a BIG advantage \u0026nbsp; \u0026nbsp;\u003c/li\u003e
