Fulfillment Supervisor (Operations Specialist) HealthSpring','17009496','!*!We are looking for Fulfillment Supervisor to join our team in Nashville This position is responsible for day to day production management of fulfillment and intake activities. This role will ensure the reconciliation of daily production files that are received and submitted to ensure accuracy and compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and business regulations. This role will facilitate coordination with vendors for the fulfillment of materials, metric reporting, inventory and invoice management. This role will also be responsible for meeting with business owners to develop and design business requirements, develop test scenarios, and support audit initiatives related to fulfillment activities. • Fulfillment Administration o Responsible for production management of fulfillment files o Responsible for escalation and management of internal or external process delays o Management for ensuring dashboard reporting for accuracy and timeliness • Facilitates and coordinates vendor meetings for oversight and communication of production activities • Participate in various projects and workgroups as the Fulfillment lead • Delegate fulfillment updates to the various team members • Gaining an understanding of QNXT to understand the impact to the transactional areas and dependent fulfillment outcomes: Claims, PDM, Enrollment, etc. • Responsible for the performance management processes for direct reports including coaching, counseling, providing feedback, career planning, goal setting, and performance assessment • Manages process improvement initiatives, seeking root cause and developing appropriate corrective action • Ensures adequate product testing prior to implementation • Makes recommendations to superiors regarding the implementation of process changes to maximize efficiency and increase accuracy related to internal and vendor processing • Must be able to work cross functionally to implement business changes as well as adapt quickly to change from project to project • May also assess impact and implications from a cost, efficiency, contractual, legal and/or regulatory standpoint • Determines requirements, plans projects, establishes priorities and monitors progress • Establishes objectives, goals and performance measures • Coordinates activities to ensure key deliverables are met and resolves conflicting demands • Assists in developing both short and long range plans for overall departmental activities • Oversee the implementation of programs and strategies • May make recommendations on matters of policy and approve changes in area of expertise ','!*!Requirements include: • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience preferred (High School Diploma required) • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience with vendor management strongly preferred • Previous experience as a lead in a functional area, managing cross functional teams on large scale projects, supervisory experience including hiring, training, assigning work and managing the performance of staff • Experience with Medicare and Medicaid eligibility or claims preferred • Experience working with regulations and federal guidelines • QNXT experience preferred • Must possess strong organizational and analytical skills • Prior strategic sourcing or fulfillment experience is preferred • Strong, clear, concise, and analytical written and oral communication skills • Experience with SQL a plus.
