The Ford Business Leader Program (FBLP) consists of three challenging, engaging and impactful assignments in the following areas:

Marketing Sales & Service

Finance

Global Strategy

The assignments will be personalized and designed with the candidate's strengths and development in mind. The rotations will look to develop professional growth, including:

Developing a deep understanding of our global business and the complexities of the changing industry

Understanding the fundamentals of our business drivers and how to leverage these to improve performance

Act as a catalyst for change, challenging existing assumptions, demonstrate an ability to ideate and develop new ways of doing business with a customer mindset

Develop an ability to align and act upon business strategies to deliver the Company's vision

Leading, educating, inspiring, motivating and developing others; demonstrate an ability to articulate a compelling call to action

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Candidates must have an MBA degree

Minimum of three years of relevant work experience or industry experience in strategy, management consulting, investment banking, private equity, technology service, entrepreneurship or marketing

Must have completed and passed an internship with Ford Motor Company within the past 24 months

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Passion to work in a fast-paced, complex, global environment and an aptitude for developing business acumen and capability

Proven leadership skills that energize, educate and motivate others

Strong interest in automotive and mobility products and services
