Position Description

We have an exciting opportunity in our Philadelphia office for a Financial Analyst supporting the Financial Planning & Analysis team. This is a fast-paced, demanding role which will offer senior-level management exposure across a wide variety of business activities. It requires a positive, confident and proactive approach, as well as exceptional time management skills.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate monthly/quarterly close process for MIM Americas including but not limited to the monthly earning reforecast, merger to date analysis, line of business reporting and additional ad hoc profitability analysis as needed by Senior Management

Support development of the annual budget and overall financial plan, including distributing budget templates, collaborating with department managers to develop expense and headcount projections and consolidating completed templates for load into Peoplesoft

Prepare and distribute monthly headcount analysis

Maintain and update Microstrategy reports, hierarchies and cost center structures

Produce and evaluate monthly trending reports relating to all recovery areas

Required Skills:

Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting

Minimum of 3 years of financial/accounting experience

Strong analytical, problem solving and research skills

Working knowledge of PeopleSoft/Microstrategy a plus

Strong MS Excel skills

Highly organized and self-motivated; Ability to handle multiple projects and support multiple areas

Strong time management skills and ability to manage deadlines

Extremely organized, flexible and have excellent attention to detail and follow-through

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work well with all levels of management

Maintains a strong sense of confidentiality and integrity
