Financial Analyst III- Product','Accounting/Finance','USA-Vermont-Waterbury','Finance','full-time','!*!As the Financial Analyst III in Product Supply Finance you will be responsible for forecasting, budgeting and financial analysis for the Purchasing organization.  The qualified candidate will also be responsible maintaining data for the tools used in reporting, analysis and forecasting.  You will assist in financial modeling for assigned tasks and help to establish a stronger internal reporting framework and financial analyses.

What you will do:

Monthly expense and financial reporting for Purchasing departments

Directly support Purchasing leadership and their teams by providing financial analysis, advice and counsel

Responsible for financial data integrity and accuracy within the Purchasing organization

Partner with purchasing groups to provide necessary support in Productivity initiatives and confirming the validity of expected returns

Review actual costs in the P&L and present explanations of trends to assist in forecasting.

Prepare expense models showing actuals vs. forecast to support close.

Provide headcount reporting, obsolescence analysis, and forecast accuracy for monthly reporting.

Support Purchasing groups preparing and presenting their Annual Operating plan to senior management

Trending and monitoring of invoice price performance of Purchasing group

Commodity and currency analysis for raw materials

Prepare standard costs by component model to load in the planning system

Maintain, consolidate and reconcile data feeds for the global cost models timely and accurately.

Assist with data integrity of forecasts by validating all costs are loaded and accurate.

Consolidate the scorecard and metrics package by partnering with various areas within product supply.

Provide cost analytics and modeling as required.

 ','!*!What you must have:

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field

3-7 years’ experience required

Financial experience including budgeting, forecasting, planning, analysis, and building financial models for publicly traded Consumer Packaged Goods industry companies preferred

Demonstrated financial analytical skills

Self-motivated team player with strong ability work autonomously and across geographic boundaries

Good organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Excellent written and verbal communications skills; comfortable communicating with various levels of management

Excellent drive for results and complex problems solving skills coupled with the ability to build strong working relationships

General knowledge of accounting and cost control principles including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles

Demonstrated proficiency in Excel and other MS office applications; ability to model business requirements and prepare what-if analysis

Ability to uphold safety standards, participate in continuous process improvement on the job, and follow our manufacturing best practices.

Ability to get along with others, be punctual, and follow instructions.

Ability to follow Keurig Green Mountain policies and procedures as well as our operating principles.
