  • Decide how to build your book of business by choosing your clients and the markets you want to pursue

  • Build your practice to the level of success to which you aspire

About You:

  • We are looking for individuals with an entrepreneurial mindset, within different backgrounds and work experience, including but not limited to:

  • Former NCAA student-athletes, financial services professionals, business developers, consultants, government relation professionals, military veterans and community influencers.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree from a four-year college or university

  • Have or are willing to obtain licenses, such as the Life and Health and the series 6, 63, and 7. We sponsor and pay for you to obtain these licenses. We also cover tuition costs for designations, such as the CFP, and will encourage you to pursue that learning path in the first few years.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and networking skills

  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset

  • Ambitious and driven

  • History of high achievement demonstrated by rapid growth, and consistent measurable results

  • Experience in finance industry, but not required
