Performs in-depth analysis of financial results
and articulates findings to senior management to improve understanding and
guide key decisions

Conducts and directs performance evaluation,
scenario analysis, variance analysis, and complex ad hoc analysis. Consolidates
results to present to senior management.

Develops cost/business models including
coordination with various functions (commercial, manufacturing, engineering,
GSM, etc.). Tracks and explains changes to models over time and variances to
actual data once it becomes available.

Provides financial insights on budgets and
forecasts, communicating areas of potential improvement to leadership/senior

Ensures processes, procedures, controls, and
records of financial transactions follow standardized methodologies;
streamlines processes when possible

Performs ad hoc research on financial concepts
in order to support team financial activities (e.g., rates of return,
depreciation, working capital requirements, investment opportunities,
investment performance, governmental requirements)

Provides Finance support for key business
objectives (large capital projects, system changes / improvements, designing
and implementing process improvements)

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or
Business Administration

Experience working on cross functional teams to
solve complex business problems.

3-5 years of relevant experience



Manufacturing/Cost Accounting experience


Good analytical skills, presentation skills and
problem-solving capability

GAAP and cost accounting

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to be comfortable interacting and
communicating with all aspects of the business, including explaining financial
topics to non-Finance colleagues and management.

Sound cross functional skills

Strong computer skills; proficiency in Excel /
PowerPoint, general ledger systems & forecasting tools

Ability to act under pressure in fast-paced


Working experience with PeopleSoft, Khalix
