Maintain existing training content and systems resulting from analysis of system development, regulatory mandates and/or payment brand compliance. Provide presentations, demonstrations, advice and consultancy relating to systems and ancillary products. Evaluate to determine if business outcomes have been achieved. Follow up to ensure continuous improvement. Proactively expand existing and build new knowledge.What Part Will You Play?
Delivers simple, technical training content and a basic understanding of assigned subject(s) by following course syllabus with little to no deviation.
Participates in on-site client support and training. Accompanies/supports higher level trainer/manager as needed.
What Are We Looking For in This Role?Minimum Qualifications
Must be located near Major Airport – Chicago, Omaha,or Denver preferred.
Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent work experience
3 years in outside B2B sales. Merchant Services industry is required.
Quantifiable results of success required
Proven track record of pipeline development and closing rates
Outstanding command of prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills
Must be credible and seen as successful to the account executives. Has to understand the challenges faced, and how to navigate the terrain
Experience dealing directly with small to mid-sized business owners and decision makers
Banking background is a plus
Must be an expert at analyzing merchant statements and understanding pricing initiatives
Be available for high periods of travel. 3 -4 days per week is the norm.
Possess the desire, and passion to be a sales trainer. You must bring the energy and drive to engage and compel adult learners
