experienced Industrial Program Security Manager (PSM) to provide support for

our global security operations. The candidate must be an experienced

security professional with strong leadership and interpersonal skills. They

must be able to adapt in a highly charged and challenging work

environment.  They will provide day-to-day security oversight for all

classified programs within a multi-disciplinary environment.  The

successful candidate will collaborate with program management and business

leadership to help identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and ensure the

seamless execution of business strategies. The incumbent will provide support

for all aspects of program security management to include the drafting and

reviewing of DD-254’s, PWS’s, SOWs, and various other security related

documents. This position will monitor and support the operational aspects of

various ongoing projects as assigned and serve as the program management and

security management. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet

productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops

mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem

solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.

 

This position will report to the

Director of Security and will assist in the exercise of absolute positive

control over all aspects of a compliant National Industrial Security Program

which supports multiple business units and programs operating both CONUS and OCONUS. This

position will support all functional area responsibilities to include, but

not limited to: personnel security (PERSEC), physical security, communications

security (COMSEC), special security (SAP/SCI), security education training and awareness

(SETA), information security (INFOSEC), operational security (OPSEC),

information assurance (IA) security, counter intelligence (CI), and other

duties as assigned.

 

The successful candidate must be able

to operate and communicate effectively in a fast paced highly dynamic advanced

technology solutions environment. Short fuse requests are a normal daily

operational aspect of this position.  

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND

RESPONSIBILITIES:     

Support daily responsibilities

for Geospatial operations and other Textron Systems’ business units (BU’s)

as required

Support all NISPOM and Special

Security (SAP/SCI) accreditation and policy requirements.

Assist with writing and updating

policy for all classified programs.

Support and participate in all

required government compliance inspections to also include self-inspections.

','!*!Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in Homeland

Security, Business Administration, or other related field. Masters Degree

preferred.

10 years of security

administration experience with at least 5 years in the Dept of Defense

(DoD) environment.

Prior supervisory or management

experience.

At a minimum the applicant must

have an active TOP SECRET security clearance and in scope background

investigation (SSBI or SBPR). Applicant must be able to attain and maintain

a TOP SECRET security clearance with SCI and Special Program accesses.

Completion of FSO Program

Management training

Direct experience in assisting /

supporting Classified Materials Control Center, Physical Security,

Personnel Security, and Access Control in the DOD collateral and special

security environments.

MUST have hands-on experience

with databases such as E-QIP, JPAS, ISFD, and ACAVS.

Physical Security experience

building and accrediting closed areas, SAPFs, and SCIFs.

Working knowledge and

understanding of the NISPOM, JAFANs, ICD’s, and DOD 5105.21 V1-3.

Excellent written and oral

communication, as well as excellent interpersonal skills. Highly

experienced in interfacing with Government customers and executive

management.

Must be comfortable conducting

security presentations/briefings and answering questions about procedures

and requirements to the highest levels of leadership both military and

civilian.

Must have strong computer skills

using Microsoft Office and ISMSi applications or similar databases.Must be able to operate and communicate effectively in a fast paced

Defense Security Service Academy

course work including: Essentials of Industrial Security Management,

Protecting Secret and Confidential Documents, Derivative Marking

Requirements, Industrial Security Facilities Database, Personally

Identifiable Information,  JPAS/JCAVS, SCI Officials Course, Intro to
