As a part of e the Plant Engineering team, the selected candidate will be responsible for Project Management of equipment, refurbishments, and review of preventive maintenance tasks for improvements. Will use RCM (reliabilaity centered mmaintenance) principles. Candidate will also make presentations of project status to higher level management. This position involves the creation of technical documentation for the purchase, and implementation of facilities services, industrial processes and equipment utilized in accordance with industry standards. May oversee the repair, replacement or redesign of facilities, and preventive maintenance planning and scheduling. Implements the timely completion of requirements in compliance with Company programs, objectives and within established cost parameters.

Must be a US Citizen or legally authorized to work in US as a permanent resident. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience at a professional level for machine / tool maintenance.

- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.

- Experience with PLC system architectures, such as Allen Bradley, GE, Siemens, and/or industrial control networks.

Desired skills

- Experience of project managing equipment/infrastructure purchase order contracts, On-call contracts, outside vendors, in the performance of scheduled/unscheduled maintenance on equipment/facilities.

- Work on a variety of mechanical and electrical problems of moderate scope and complexity and provide solutions, which are innovative and consistent with Reliability Centered Maintenance methodology (RCM).

- Familiarity with industrial maintenance practices and the use of a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS such as Maximo)

- Candidate will also have good project management, strong meeting-planning and facilitation skills, enabling effective communication with all organizational levels.
