Northrop Grumman Mission Systems is looking for a Facilities Planner 2 to support the Intelligence Community (IC) in providing support to a diverse, forward-leaning team and a dynamic and rewarding program. The Facilities Planner 2 will support a restricted program as it relates to all applicable federal, contractual, customer and company requirements. This position will be part of a very small program team and will help direct the facilities efforts and the completion of all phases of Program Facilities issues. Under the direction of the Program Manager, the Facilities Planner 2 will be responsible for coordinating and supporting all Program facilities requirements. In this role, candidate will be responsible for coordinating the efforts and directing work assignments for fifteen (15) support vendors. This includes the initial reach out and contact of vendors to explain the nature of the issue with the goal of obtaining a repair price quote. Once quote is approved, you will be responsible for scheduling the vendor visit and then ensuring that the contracted work is completed to satisfaction. You will help coordinate and resolve all Program facility database requests and participate in daily program dialog with the customer, quickly compile customer requests, and keep active lines of communications with customer lead representatives to address daily reported issues. Position will require a grasp of evolving customer requirements and the ability to effectively manage customer facility expectations. Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree with three (3) years' administration experience and/or facilities related background. (Four years of professional experience can be substituted for a degree).

* Must be highly motivated, organized, and an attention to detail individual with the ability to rapidly resolve a multitude of program facilities issues while fostering effective working relationships with many levels of internal and external customers.

* Active TS/SCI clearance with Poly.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Exceptional customer/client interaction and interpersonal communications skills.

* Ability to multi-task and staff several Program facilities efforts throughout the busy day.

* Ability to accurately plan, schedule, and arrange Program facilities tasks and priorities in accomplishing objectives.

* Ability to display tact, discretion and diplomacy in dealing with all levels of employees.

* The candidate must have the eagerness and motivation to adapt to and excel in a fast-paced work environment in a variety of program facilities areas.
