Responsible for the interface between teams at Dell headquarters, the local contractors and team members responsible for maintenance and operation of the facility (including reception and support services and all other aspects of the business' operations). Ensure the ongoing flawless operations of the specific areas of the business, will ensure that facilities problems are identified and repaired quickly, will ensure that contractors are delivering quality services, and will make sure that all internal customer demands are being met. This individual will work to find creative ways to keep operational costs to a minimum and will work outside of the box with team members to improve efficiency and implement new data center strategies. Compliance with local regulatory laws is also required.

Responsibilities:

-Investigates or ensures adequate investigation of all incidents and facilitates corrective action to prevent future occurrence

-Routinely inspects work area for EHS hazards and identifies improvement opportunities

-Consults and advises management of environmental, health and safety issues

-Coordinates hazardous/regulated waste disposal, pollution prevention, and waste minimization programs

-Manages and implements EHS programs for the site to include but not limited to emergency preparedness, contractor safety, environmental, and operational safety

-Ensures flawless execution of facility operations, including backup reception in absence of primary reception  

As a managed security provider, SecureWorks expects its employees to understand and apply commonly known security practices and possess a working knowledge of applicable industry controls such as NIST 800-53. Employees will be expected to acknowledge their security responsibilities in writing prior to gaining access to company systems. Employees will be required to maintain a working knowledge of local security policies and execute general controls as assigned.

Requirements:

-5 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

-Assists in the creation of preventative maintenance plans.

-Oversees mail room and vendor activities.

-Performs basic reporting and trending of operations.

-Contributes as a team member for projects or initiatives.

-Experience interacting and developing relationships with internal and external customers.

-Associates degree, technical college or some college course work preferred.
