OVERVIEW:

Working as Full-Time FSB Instructional Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing eLearning course curriculum along with maintaining and updating current eLearning curriculum. This position will involve curriculum research, collaboration with subject matter experts, writing, eLearning design, course testing, and implementation.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

o Utilizing eLearning authoring tools to create and maintain high quality online training courses

o Collaborating with internal departments and/or subject matter experts to determine training content

o Assisting with the design and development of training and training materials for in-person or virtual instructor-led delivery

o Researching, developing and enhancing new and existing educational programs and delivery methods

REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

The following skills and qualifications are required for this position:

o A valid driver's license with the ability to meet our driving record requirements

o Excellent written and oral communication skills

o Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite with an aptitude to learn eLearning authoring software, such as: Adobe Captivate, Adobe Photoshop, & Articulate Storyline

o Highly motivated, self-directed, and customer service oriented

o Demonstrate strong organization, planning, and prioritizing abilities in order to meet deadlines

o Exhibit strong problem solving, deductive reasoning, and decision making skills

o Possess enthusiasm with colleagues and trainees and have the desire to continuously learn

o Ability to pass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico, and Guam ONLY)

PREFERRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

o Prior experience in graphic design, technical writing, audio, video and/or web and print design.
