The Luke AFB F-16 Singapore PBL Supply Liaison will serve as the main point of contact for RSAF and LM Aero and will provide assistance for Singapore PBL supply issues. Supply Liaisons support customer personnel and provide a single-point of contact for customers and partners to call-in questions and provide assistance in resolving supply support issues. Supply Liaisons assist in a myriad of areas such as informing customers of the current supply status, and are essential in supporting customers with Part Number and/or National Stock Number clarification and coordination with Lockheed representatives on discrepancies related to part number usage, aircraft applicability. The Supply Liaison's schedules are flexible and they will respond to priority customer requests required for mission support. The Supply Liaison will be responsible for providing weekly status reports and timely notifications of any major or recurring problems to the FTO Program Manager. The ideal candidate must have the ability to work independently, must be a self-starter and possess strong leadership skills, and must be able to communicate effectively with peers, customers, and senior management. A U.S. Government Secret clearance is required prior to start to perform job duties. Basic Qualifications 10 years of combined experience in military aviation supply chain management, warehousing, material control, supply. receiving, inventory, to support high volume depot operations. Inventory control and management experience required - Valid Driver’s License Desired skills -Working knowledge of military aviation weapon system support -Project/process management -Working knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations -FAR 52-245 -MS Access proficiency - MS Power Point, Excel, Proficiency required As a leading technology innovation company, Lockheed Martin’s vast team works with partners around the world to bring proven performance to our customers’ toughest challenges.
