Provides direction, guidance and workload balance recommendations to Staffing Assistants to ensure appropriate recruitment processes are being adhered to in a consistent manner. Compiles Talent Acquisitions reports, including statistical reports pertaining to monthly, quarterly and/or yearly TA metrics for review by management. Performs routine administrative functions such as drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, organizing and maintaining paper/electronic documents, arranging travel, coordinating meetings and greeting internal/external constituencies; performs project work by conducting research and preparing presentation materials. Essential Functions:

Monitors daily workload activities to the Staffing Assistants and redistributes as necessary.

Trains new Staffing Assistants, responsible for successful onboarding.

Prepares Talent Acquisition meeting agendas, compiles meeting minutes, and tracks projects and deliverables.

Compiles statistical reports, (monthly, quarterly and annually) for Talent Acquisition performance; enhances Talent Acquisition reports through continuous process improvement activities.

Manages and compiles weekly TA QA and auditing activities.

Coordinates executive candidate interview schedules, to include: • Preparing executive interview collateral and pre-interview documents. • Arranging candidate travel when necessary. • Electronically sending candidates directions and interview instructions. • Sending interview reminders and facilitating last-minute interview schedule changes. • Meeting and greeting candidates and collecting completed paperwork. • Soliciting, compiling and distributing candidate feedback from interviewers.

Assists with preparation and delivery of job fairs and other activities relative to event management.

Participates in department projects.

Coordinates activities for managers, candidates, guests, and vendors; to include: securing conference rooms, securing meeting equipment, coordinating travel, ordering meals, etc.

Screens and directs incoming calls and visitors.

Completes special recruiting projects as assigned.','!*!Candidate Education:

Required A High School or GED

Preferred An Associate's Degree in a related field Candidate Experience:

Required 2 years of experience in an Administrative Assistant role supporting a high-level executive in a face paced and/or growing organization

Required 4 years of experience in an Human Resources role, preferably in a corporate Talent Acquisition function

Preferred Other Working knowledge of the managed healthcare industry

Preferred Other Experience working in a specialized recruitment and/or staffing environment

Preferred Other Experience in project management Candidate Skills:
