KPMG is currently seeking an Executive Director, to join our Global Business Operations Organization.


Lead a large IT team that builds and manages core compliance and regulatory systems globally while driving innovation and change at all levels

Provide strategic vision for defining and implementing best in class compliance and regulatory systems, with input from numerous global constituents

Understand then firm's business and regulatory environment, in order to envision, obtain agreement on, and implement the future state of systems

Define, lead, and direct IT projects, with oversight of projects and initiatives for team while guiding overall project management, prioritization of projects, and resource deployment

Build and successfully manage relationships with senior leaders from member firms, as well as colleagues at all levels fostering engagement with myriad stakeholders

Manage complex budgetary environment while employing professional communication, liaison, and negotiation skills to obtain agreement among stakeholders


A minimum of fifteen years of experience at a Big 4 accounting firm, consulting or other type of service firm, financial services firm, or with an IT organization

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; Master's degree from an accredited college or university preferred

Facility with consensus building among constituents with diverse perspectives and with employing effective and clear communication, as well as success building credibility with numerous constituents

Critical thinking and analytical skills with the ability to consume, evaluate and synthesize large amounts of information, as well as strong project management and process improvement skills

Ability to work well with global stakeholders and proven success leading large teams

Ability to travel internationally and up to 10% annually
