The Executive Assistant provides assistance to the Vice President and Directors of the Supply Chain organization. This position is based at Bell Helicopter’s Ft. Worth, TX headquarters facility.

 

Position Responsibilities:

Coordinating and scheduling meetings/conferences, and making travel arrangements.

Maintaining/ordering/tracking office supplies.

Submitting invoices.

Processing expense reports.

Coordinating travel and customer visits/events.

Answers and screens phone calls.

Supports special projects and assignments, including departmental and company outreach initiatives.

Interface with executive management and internal/external customers.

Represent the organization through interactions with other team members.

Identify potential problems and areas in need of improvement and take action as appropriate.

Preparation of PowerPoint presentations.

Coordinating meetings and teleconferences.

Preparing and managing correspondence, and other relevant documents.','!*!

Position Requirements:

At least 5 years demonstrated success in an administrative support role.

Must be able to maintain confidentiality, exercise good judgment and exhibit a high level of integrity and discretion.

Must be a self-starter with a demonstrated track record and the ability to multi-task and work with minimal supervision.

Ability to proactively support multiple program initiatives is critical.

Must have exceptional organization skills.

Must be able to effectively prioritize critical tasks.

Must be a self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision.

Must pass Bell's computer based assessment by demonstrating proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and typing a minimum of 50 wpm. Candidate must be proficient in MSOffice with strong experience creating multi-media presentations.
