Job Description Responsible for full administrative support of the (Senior) Vice President, Global Head, Safety and Benefit-Risk Management. The incumbent may also be responsible for the organization of interdepartmental, cross-functional, and external meetings and for driving the administrative aspect of safety document preparation and/or archival.

Essential Functions:

Management of the SVP, SABRs calendar.

Timely and accurate production and archival of documents and presentation materials.

Strategic and tactical planning and execution of SABR SLT routine, strategy meetings, SABR Global Town Halls, GD LT meetings as needed

Proactive coordination with all SABR AAs as well as R&D AAs

Strategic/proactive planning and executive leadership for SABR initiatives, foundational goals

Development and maintenance of efficient office systems and procedures.

Coordination of travel, itineraries, and meeting logistics.

Coordination of individual and group meetings and conferences.

Preparation of expense reports and check requests.

Additional Functions:

Drive the administrative/technical aspect of safety documents..

Assist in facilitating clear global communications inthe SABR Department.

Demonstrate excellent communication skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Demonstrate strong organizational skills, including ability to prioritize and work efficiently under pressure.

Qualifications Excellent communication skills including: technical writing skills, PC skills, and problem-solving desired.
