Equipment reseller is seeking a customer focused Inside Sales Specialist/Customer Service Specialist Do you like fulfilling dreams? Our client a Equipment reseller is looking for a customer focused Inside Sales Specialist/Call Center Customer Service to join their team. If you are approachable, customer-focused, great on the phone, with a record of Administrative/Inside sales experience and a reputation for excellent communication and follow-up then this is the place for you! We have high values including teamwork and honesty. This Inside Sales Specialist/Call Center Customer Service Specialist will model cradle to grave customer service and foster a positive environment. Duties include: Answers incoming calls from customers and answer any questions the customers have about parts and sell items/equipment to clients that call in. This individual also follows up on earlier conversations to follow up with clients. This person will be on a team of 14-18. Communicates in a professional and tactful manner, develops and maintains effective working relationships, uses independent judgment and discretion to address both short and long term issues, handles problems and facilitates successful outcomes. Ability to manage multiple clients, and form relationships on the phone with potential buyers. Effectively collaborate with other departments. Qualifications: Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong organization and time management skills. Must have a strong work ethic. Qualified candidates for the Sales Specialist/Call Center Customer Service Specialist role must have 3 years of Inside Sales/Customer Service experience. Individuals must be motivated and have the ability to self-manage. Compensation for this position is very competitive. This position will pay up to $16/hr. - $18/hr.
