The primary function of this job is to educate our current and newly hired drivers about the equipment (Tractor \/ Trailer) purchased today and how to properly operate and maintain this equipment. These instructors will hold classes at each terminal 2 to 3 times a day, provide one on one training and be on call to support our Driver Associates that may need additional support after the training. These instructors will work with most departments to insure the training is current. ,JRECRUITER:Tori Glatter,JHOURS:Full TIme \/ Days,JQUAL:Three or more years of transportation experience.  Some type of training background whether in education or being a trainer for Werner Enterprises.  PC experience, must be able to enroll Driver Associates into CBT classes.  Customer Service experience required.
