Responsibilities:

• Work closely with clients to implement successful projects.

• Effectively lead multidisciplinary project teams executing a wide variety of environmental restoration projects.

• Market existing and potential clients and prepare proposals and qualification statements.

• Lead the planning and implementation of innovative site characterizations.

• Oversee the identification and evaluation of remedial alternatives.

• Support the selection of preferred cleanup alternatives.

• Supervise performance of conceptual and analytical data evaluation and preparation of detailed reports and supporting documents

• Direct preparation of proposals and cost estimates

• Oversee site investigation and remedial construction efforts.

• Ensure standard engineering, scientific, and construction practices and inclusion of appropriate documentation on various reports and design projects

• Perform projects in accordance with RCRA, CERCLA, UST, CWA, MRP, TSCA and other appropriate state and federal regulations.

• Prepare and manage project budgets utilizing Tt’s Project Management System

• Plan and assign personnel for given projects or tasks.

• Interpret and apply organizational policy.

• Resolve questions, plan, coordinate, and execute work in a safe, timely, cost effective and compliant manner

• Operate with substantial latitude for independent action or decision.

• Review progress with management with focus on performing scoped services on schedule and under budget.

Education and/or Experience and Other Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, geology, or a related technical field is required. Advanced degree is preferred.

• Minimum 10 years of experience with increasing responsibility in the environmental restoration consulting market.

• Professional registration is required. Texas PE or PG licensure preferred. PMP Certification a plus.

• 40-Hour OSHA HAZWOPER training and current 8-hour refresher training is required. Other OSHA training is desirable.

• Experience with both commercial and governmental projects is beneficial but not mandatory.

• Excellent technical writing and verbal communication skills

• Proficiency delivering technical and business presentations

• Demonstrated ability to successfully plan, manage, and technically direct implementation of large projects and pursuits with complex features, delivering them on time and within budget, while meeting or exceeding client expectations.

• Skill motivating others and leading teams

• Successful past performance directing and supervising subcontractors. Experience with Construction Management is a plus.

• Proven track record of successfully bringing in and executing profitable assignments for clients and building key target client accounts.

• An understanding of future industry trends, strategic planning processes, and demonstrated success translating those to effective sales tactics.

• Proven ability to lead preparation of key proposals and deliverables.
