We are now searching for an extraordinary, self-motivated Enterprise Business Development Executive to focus on developing and expanding a strategic account base and drive sales of the Cartus suite of products within an assigned account base. This passionate individual will leverage their experience to target departments that carry responsibility for corporate mobility (i.e. Human Resources, Supply Chain/Procurement functions), any/all key stakeholders and communicate the value proposition and ROI potential offered by the portfolio of the Cartus solutions.
Achievement of Sales objectives for a defined set of strategic accounts.
Enable sales, services and support organizations to achieve their goals of winning value-producing mobility opportunities, driving client satisfaction and growing revenue.
Ability to navigate complex organizations to identify and build relationships with all key client stakeholders.
Effectively and efficiently drive RFP process to ensure quality client prospect experience.
Ability to build internal relationships within the Cartus organization to create virtual teams to support sales initiatives.
Own and proactively develop strategic growth plans for a group of named or assigned accounts.
Develop territory plans to target and cultivate enterprise opportunities.
Negotiate agreements and close Enterprise opportunities with the support of our Legal, Customer Operations and Executive teams.
Maintain current and accurate account records in our CRM, Salesforce.
Develop accurate monthly forecasts.
Proven track record of multiple (5 or more) deals sold greater than a million dollars, preferably to HR departments
Exceptional presentation skills.
8 years in a combination of the following: Nurturing and managing senior level relationships, B2B sales success, proposal writing.
Demonstrated successes in selling professional service solutions to C level executives, general counsels, and other corporate officers.
Self-starting, independent operator that demonstrates initiative to rapidly build prospect pipelines.
Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
Must be proficient in using SalesForce.com and other MS products.
Capability to marshal internal resources to ensure the development of engaging customized sales presentation materials.
Bachelor Degree preferred.
Significate travel required.
