The vision of Johnson & Johnson Global Services is “to be trusted business partners who deliver increasing value by creating and sustaining globally standard world-class services that enable the power of Johnson & Johnson.” There are more than 2,000 employees in Human Resources, Finance and Procurement who work for Johnson & Johnson Global Services in key service centers located in Manila, Suzhou, Prague, Bogota and Tampa, as well as in local country-based hubs.As the Enterprise Advanced Analytics Associate, you will:• Provide Advanced Analytics support (preparation and delivery of value-added proposition and insights) by addressing Senior Leadership Strategic requests through the use of advanced predictive/prescriptive modeling and cutting-edge visualization techniques not currently deployed by Regional Analytics teams• Utilize internal and external data sources and through integration, novel data mining exploration, identification and troubleshooting of data anomalies synthesizes and derives value-added Strategic insights• Partner and serve as Account Managers with outsource Analytics Suppliers (Ex. OPERA, WIPRO etc.) on the delivery of Strategic Analytics projects• Explore to bring in and implement cutting-edge Analytical/Visualization techniques including processes, procedures and workflows. Explore, pilot, validate and implement and deploy these techniques and services across the Regional Analytics centers• Contribute to the gathering of analytical efficiencies on a global, regional, local and functional level• Develop a process to translate selected Advanced Analytics projects worth scaling to serve the broader procurement community, and develop a deployment process that Regional Analytics organization can subsequently leverage as Regional Analytics Service Offering• Provide Advanced Analytics On-Boarding and training to the Regional Analytics team members whenever needed• Understand business needs via Voice of Customer Analyses with Senior Leadership that translates information to viable analytical projects that should be scaled and deployed worldwide

','!*!• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree is required; a concentration in Statistics, Economics, Finance, Business Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering or related fields is preferred.• PMI, FPX, or other project management certification, Six Sigma Green Belt and/or Design Excellence certifications are preferred• A minimum of 4 years of related experience (Co-op’s and internships included) is required.• Experience in the use of various analytical tools such as data management/query (ex. SQL, etc.), statistical modeling (ex. SAS, SPSS, etc.), advanced visualization software (Tableau, Qlik, Cognos Alteryx etc.) is required.• Quantitative discipline experience is required• Previous exposure or experience in a procurement function is preferred• Experience and exposure to a shared service environment and/or global and matrix organizations is preferred• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including advanced use of Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, lookup procedures and complex formulas with nested logic) is required• Strong Project/Account management skills with an ability to manage and prioritize multiple initiatives in a dynamic environment with tight timelines are required.  Demonstrated success in working with an Outsource analytics partner and leading projects on-time and on budget is required.• Must have strong analytical skills, attention to detail and accuracy. • Ability to quickly merge and summarize data/information from multiple sources, including experience in data management, cleaning, data analysis and report writing is required. • Must be customer focused, an independent self-starter and able to work with limited supervision.• Excellent English communication/presentation skills (written, spoken) in order to provide succinct, concise and insightful analysis/concepts and actionable recommendations to a non-quantitative senior stakeholder audience
