We design to manufacture honeycomb composite panels and have build to print capabilities, as well as the ability to provide value added services, and custom details including curved panels. Our panels are used in lavatories, furniture, inflight systems within the aerospace industry. As part of the Advanced Lavatories and Cabin Interiors team (ALCI) selected for the Boeing 737 Modular Lavatory, we manufacture the panels for this 10 year $800 million contract.

As a leader in the aerospace industry, we are growing rapidly and have a number of exciting positions available right now, including a Manufacturing Engineer in our Interior Systems Business located in Corona, CA.


Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Manufacturing Engineer will perform conventional, less complex engineering assignments that may involve equipment or product design, testing materials, preparation of specifications, process studies, or research investigations.


* Applies standard techniques involving only minor innovations of methodology to provide solutions to problem involving a limited number of variables.

* Develops, evaluates and documents manufacturing processes.

* Provides engineering support in manufacturing to trouble shoot and resolve technical problems.

* Develops standard work, work instructions and other supporting manufacturing processes and documents.

* Develops and implements process control techniques and procedures

* Evaluates and develops solutions to improve manufacturing operations

* Prepares plans, process aids, and other assembly fixtures to improve methods.

* Performs MRP support studies, factory work standards and other supporting activities

* Conducts analysis or tests of a routine degree of complexity pertaining to the development of new methods, materials, processes or standards and provides recommendations accordingly.


Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university; and two to five years related experience and/or training;


* Experienced in a highly regulated industry, especially aerospace.

* Well organized with solid judgment; able to multitask and adjust to changing priorities.

* Experienced with continuous improvement opportunities and leading projects to make improvements to processes, procedures, etc.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders including Senior Leadership.

* Demonstrated ability to build credibility with, interact with, and influence suppliers, customers, and key stakeholders; Ability to build strong relationships.
