Represents, leads, develop overall strategies and influences decision-making at the industry level. Provides oversight and recommendations for routine program assessments, outage readiness and preparation for outside organizational assessments (i.e. INPO).\u003C/font\u003E\u003C/font\u003E\u003C/span\u003E\u003C/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003E\u0026nbsp;\u003C/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cspan style=\font-size: 12px;\\u003E\u003Cfont face=\Arial\\u003E\u003Cfont face=\Arial\\u003EThis includes governance, oversight, support and perform of probabilistic risk analyses (PRA) Program. Perform risk/cost benefit and safety significance assessments. integrated safety assessment (ISA), Hazard Analysis, Use PSA software tools to develop computer risk models. Perform Seismic PRAs and support for Site Risk Informed Program. Must possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Familiar with both PWR and BWR operations. Familiar with INPO Engineering Program expectations and the ability to drive site improvement to achieve sustained excellent performance (industry top quartile performance).
