Primary Role:

Responsible for watermain infrastructure projects. Responsibilities include drawing review and preparing bid documents.

Key Accountabilities:

Preparation of drawings for bidding

Manage multiple watermain projects through planning, design and construction.

Develop strategic and strong working relationships with consultants, City personnel, and contractors.

Communicating with contractors, inspectors and customers.


Demonstrated knowledge of engineering and project management skills.

Excellent communication skills.


Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Mechanical or Environmental Engineering, Engineering Technology, or Construction Management.

Minimum 1 - 4 years experience in a related field.

Work Environment:

80% office.

Travel Requirements:

20% travel.
