Mid-level Employment Litigation Associate

The candidate will be responsible for defense of employment litigation and related claims in federal and state courts and administrative agencies and providing advice to clients on employment laws and compliance. Should have a J.D. degree and be and remain licensed to practice law and in good standing in New Jersey. During employment, must meet requirements for continuing licensure for law practice. Must have 3-4 years of experience in employment litigation. Top 25% of Law School Class required. Admission in New York is desirable.
