In our environment employees, can thrive and they are encouraged to create the greatest value for themselves, the organization, our customers, and society.\r  \rA Day In The Life Typically Includes:\r \r\rSafely and efficiently troubleshoot, repair, and install equipment in compliance with all plant codes, policies and procedures \rRepair and maintain, machinery and mechanical equipment, such as motors, pneumatic/hydraulic components, conveyor systems, and production lines and equipment, in accordance with diagrams, sketches, operation manuals, and manufacturer's specifications\rUse hand tools, power tools, and precision-measuring and testing instruments \rRespond to all mechanical and electrical maintenance issues throughout the plant\r \rWhat Will You Need?\rBasic Qualifications:\r \r\rHigh school diploma or GED \rAt least two (2) years of mechanical and electrical maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment \rExperience with conveyors, welding, hydraulics, pneumatics and fabrication\rExperience maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing PLCs, HMIs, A/C & D/C motors, drives, encoders, resolvers, control systems, bearings, gearboxes and drive systems \rExperience reading electrical and maintenance schematics/blueprints  \rExperience diagnosing mechanical and electronic systems using various tools and computers\rWilling and able to work any shift, holidays, weekends, and overtime, as required\rWilling and able to work in a loud/noisy, hot, humid, dusty, greasy and high volume environment\r \rWhat Will Put You Ahead?\rPreferred Qualifications:\r \r\rPrevious corrugated industry experience \rFive (5) or more years of experience as an industrial electrician or maintenance mechanic \rA two (2) year Technical degree or higher in Electrical Systems, Instrumentation or Electronic Technology\rOur plant is conveniently located in historic Dougherty County. We employ close to 100 people at our facility. This facility operates one of the industry’s most sophisticated and modern corrugators and has an impressive array of modern finishing equipment, including flexos and die cutters to provide the widest range of corrugated packaging today.
