Secures merchant and cardholder accounts to prevent losses.  Contacts cardholders to validate charges are authorized.  Maintains merchant processing statistics and records.  Provides customers with information about their accounts, correcting account errors, answering questions about policies and providing information about related programs and services.','!*!
