Share educational opportunities \u2022 Transfers \uf0a7 Daily transfer log review and advisement to ED Director of irregular transfers \uf0a7 Implement & monitor transfer receiving log \u2022 EMS Lounge (Monitor in accordance with ED Growth Initiative) \uf0a7 Keep neat and orderly \uf0a7 Ensure snacks & drinks are in appropriate supply and monitor monthly FNS Charges \uf0a7 EMS Supply Cabinet \u2022 EMS Bulletin board \uf0a7 Current and appropriate information \uf0a7 Educational opportunities \u2022 Performance Improvement Monitoring \uf0a7 EMS arrival codes- ensuring correct MOA is listed \u2022 EMS Newsletter (quarterly or bi-monthly) \u2022 Share educational opportunities with local agencies (via email and included with site visits) \u2022 Patient feedback reports \u2022 Attend month ED staff meeting, share any pertinent EMS data \u2022 Region V EMS Council \u2022 Coordinate with local schools regarding EMTI and EMTP programs \u2022 Serve on Oconee Fall Line Technical College Advisory board for EMT-I & Paramedic programs \u2022 Coordinate EMS ride-a-longs to include nurses during Orientation time \u2022 Coordinate EMS Week activities \u2022 Patient Satisfaction team and participation in ED HCAHPS Subcommittee \u2022 Monitor and maintain Lifenet System \u2022 Other duties as assigned Emergency Management \u2022 Quarterly EM Meetings \u2022 Serve as Environment of Care representative \u2022 Conduct quarterly drills using call back system through GHA \u2022 Disaster supplies: organize, inventory quarterly, and maintain in working order, monitor expiration dates \u2022 Review and revise EP policies and procedures \u2022 Knowledgeable of current Joint Commission EP standards \u2022 Conduct 2 disaster drills annually, including after action reports, and improvements \u2022 Serve on Laurens County LEPC (Local Emergency Planning Commission) \u2022 Participate with county revision of Hazard Vulnerability analysis \u2022 Review & revise hospital\u2019s Hazard Vulnerability Analysis annually \u2022 Complete EM grants as needed \u2022 Conduct employee training as needed \u2022 Annual EM competency testing with employees \u2022 Other duties as assigned
