Monsanto is seeking a motivated EME Oilseed Rape Project Lead, reporting to the Europe Technology Development & Agronomy Lead. This position can be located at any of our offices in the Netherlands, France or Germany. The OSR Project Lead EME is responsible for leading the delivery process in colza to ensure market needs are met with the best hybrids and agronomic solutions available and in helping to move the business from a product base to a solutions base.  The successful candidate will establish an agronomic support network within and outside of Monsanto and will also use their expertise to help develop marketing and agronomic training materials to be used locally. Clear and precise identification of project goals and execution working with the Marketing team and positioning of project data and conclusions within our commercial strategy is essential, to guide and support development of the colza business in portfolio planning and marketing strategy. Also important are the relationships developed with external influencers to support the Marketing and Key Accounts team in providing strategic direction for portfolio and business/market development with Key Accounts. Key Performance Indicators for this role are:Clear identification and communication of market needs for the OSR crop to link to the Projects (not only the products)Project design, execution and communication coordinated to support OSR business strategy EMEBeing recognized as the team expertTechnical information delivery  Key Responsibilities:Identify, develop and manage key projects targeted at developing the value of the OSR business for EME area Implement and train on delivering Monsanto systems approach to our businessDevelop agronomic and crop management training material and ensure key agronomic resources and messages (using all types of media) are available to support portfolio and business development.Engaging important audiences such as consultants, key partners, larger and influential customersInvestigate new crop technology, its application and impact on the crop, with potential to develop portfolio direction and Commercial SalesCoordinate the information transfer on System and Product Performance to/from Marketing, Commercial & TD teams and Breeding Update new Market indicators (competition analysis, market needs, agronomic practices, legislative change) to the Product Management and Marketing teamData Management: Ensure the project data is managed, coordinated and communicated in time to key sectors of the business using internal systems  QualificationsRequired Skills/Experience:  Degree in Agronomy, Crop Science, Plant Breeding, or related field with at least 10 years' experience demonstrating strong communication and organization skills and a clear understanding of our business goals and objectives.Experience in hybrid and variety field testing and product evaluation.Data management, summarization and interpretation for both assessment and MarketingFarmer and customer relationship skills/experienceProject ManagementFluent English  Who is Monsanto?
