Interested in becoming an Ecommerce Fulfillment Manager at Aaron’s? The Ecommerce Fulfillment Manager will be involved in the day-to-day operation of the omni-channel business and the delivery of seamless customer experiences across a diverse ecommerce landscape that may include, but are not limited to, opportunities in product distribution, order management and fulfillment, and/or in store and ecommerce operations. Works closely with Aaron’s Buying Team, Store Operations, E-commerce and Home Solutions teams in handling of order fulfillment issues. Primary deliverable is to optimize the fulfillment of e-commerce orders from inception to delivery to the customer. Will maintain and enhance of the system along with content enhancements for a continuously improving Aarons.com experience. Must work cross functionally with Aaron’s Buying team, E-commerce, Home Solutions and IT, along with our vendor partners.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage order workflow with high volume of items ( 1000 SKU’s) and monitor status for order processing, supply chain and delivery
Develop knowledge of multiple Aaron’s internal systems and operations in order to understand break down and potential opportunities
Manage multiple product category/sub-category combinations and understand nuances to deliver category specific needs
Triage and help resolve system issues that cause delays or inefficiencies with order processing and delivery
Utilize reporting tools and systems to compile/analyze data that improve site quality, process compliance, and speed to market
Attend assigned meetings and work cross functionally to gather appropriate item information
Collaborate cross functionally with Merchants, Ecommerce, Digital Assets Team, Merchandising Item Management, etc. to ensure Aarons.com orders are delivered based on predetermined timelines
Possess understanding of specific categories in order to best support cross-functional team
Escalate any issues or non-compliance through the appropriate channels within a timely fashion
Responsible for daily management of Aarons.com orders across multiple categories to ensure orders are delivered as per Aaron’s standards
Specialized knowledge and management of processes and systems associated with Aarons.com order placement
Enable efficiencies across channels by providing single source of accountability for order issues and delivery problems/expectations
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
4 years of experience in any combination of the following: project coordination, merchandising, retail, planning, logistics, e-commerce, finance and/or customer support
2 years of experience with the Microsoft Suite and Excel Preferred Requirements
2 years of experience in Ecommerce
2 years of experience in item data management
Required Skills and Competencies:
Demonstrate strong people, problem solving, communication, organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills
Ability to work on cross-functional teams
Ability to work independently, positively handle conflict, and work in a fast-paced environment
Display detail-oriented approach to work
Ability and proficiency in Microsoft Office products
Ability to manipulate data to drive and expedite project analyses and completion
