POSITION SUMMARY The dual eligible program is an initiative that will bring in an untapped market segment to the Medicare membership. There is major expansion planned for this program into new markets across the country. This program will lay the groundwork for similar programs that can also drive the membership in our fastest growing segment and largest opportunity. Fundamental Components: This person will create a local dual eligible marketing and sales program that can be leveraged across multiple markets. Leads and collaborates with multiple functions or units; develops and sets strategy. The individual will work directly with markets sales teams and product on membership growth and marketing performance goals. Ensures program effectively delivers and monitors results while creating recommendations for enhancements. Manages collection and validation of information (from internal sources or through managing outside vendors) to make strategic marketing decisions and plans Supports development and implementation of duals marketing and sales strategies and plans Analyzes and interprets internal, market, sales and competitor information utilizing technology as appropriate; identifies underlying drivers of change and trends as base for future scenarios Lead project management across internal and external stakeholders Keeps the marketing and sales teams apprised of any new guidance passed down to the Marketing organization by both CMS and Medicare Business Segment Collaborates with our internal creative team as well as external agency partners to ensure quality marketing material and campaigns Collaborates with Distribution Team on the development of DSNP specific sales training Develops plans to meet local market unique needs Work with market and interpret sales reports for input BACKGROUND\/EXPERIENCE desired: 5 years related cross-functional, project management experience - Product launch experience preferred. 5-7 years Marketing experience Highly organized with attention to detail Ability to work across the enterprise in matrixed environment Experience in Medicare and Medicaid, DSNP preferred Multicultural Marketing Experience a plus EDUCATION The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
