Job Description Planning analyst is responsible for planning ownership of a supply chain link. Responsibilities may include development, integration, optimization, coordination, communication and driving execution of engineering\/production planning schedules, forecasts, materials, build plan & capacity requirements, and business and inventory strategies to meet business and customer requirements in collaboration with cross organizational supply chain stakeholders. May also conducts scenario what-if planning for engineering, products, processes, and inventory strategies when necessary. Influencing\/recommending issue resolution strategies in supply chain areas using data driven decision making across appropriate Key Stakeholder and Management levels. Drives continuous process\/project improvements. Flexibility to work longer hours may be required. Ability to communicate precisely \u00a0Strategic planning plus strong tactical execution Ability to work under pressure Qualifications You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Qualifications listed as preferred or additional will be considered a plus factor for applicants. Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree. - Experience 6 years of experience in: Supply Planning with a complex product. Working with demand, incorporating buffer strategies. Supply planning to support demand and revenue. Working with factory planners to ensure plan is executed correctly. Using enterprise IT systems to do supply planning. Working with Engineering teams while bringing up a new HVM product. Strong Excel competency including macros, complex formulae, etc Preferred Qualifications: - APICS certification CPIM, CSCP - Prior experience transitioning a product from NPP to HVM - Prior experience in supply planning in a semiconductor industry.
