The Diverse Client Segment Leader in partnership with the Manager, Diverse Client Segment Leaders and Director Client Segments is responsible for strategic development of diverse client segment(s) within Wells Fargo Advisors (WFA) Client Experience & Growth (CE&G) by focusing on a Clients.First.Always. mindset. Through partnership, this role will create robust offerings across the diverse client segment(s) to ensure WFA is seen as a destination for both clients and diverse team members with a focus on diverse clients and team member inclusion.Primary Duties & ResponsibilitiesResponsible for developing a business strategy to grow revenue/AUM/market share for the diverse client segment(s). Accountable for diverse client segment objectives and eventual achievement of measurable business growth and financial objectives while ensuring adherence to compliance regulations and policies.Leverage marketing and social media to successfully position WFA as the best place for diverse clients to do business and team members to work.Partner across WFA & Wells Fargo organization to identify capabilities to serve diverse segments. Develop strategic partnerships with key constituencies within target diverse client markets.Develop relationships with external product and service providers to leverage their research and expertise around the diverse client segment with a focus on helping FAs attract new clients.Connect with leaders in the industry in serving the needs of diverse clients segments.Leverage best practices from organizations that excel at serving diverse clients segment.Partner across the WFA/WF organization to develop diverse client acquisition strategies for financial advisors.Engage field leadership and advisors with focus on developing diverse client segments within FA practices. Partner with CE&G to facilitate pilot program for assisting FAs in developing client acquisition strategies for their practices. Partner with CE&G to recruit and retain diverse team membersSt. Louis, Missouri strongly preferred Required Qualifications
Successfully completed FINRA Series 7 exam to qualify for immediate registration (or FINRA recognized equivalents)
5 years of experience in one or a combination of the following: marketing, sales, or financial consulting
Desired Qualifications
5 years of business development experience
5 years of wealth management experience
FINRA registration including Series 24 (or FINRA recognized equivalents)
Ability to negotiate, influence, and collaborate to build successful relationships
Diversity and inclusion consulting experience
Experience developing and executing business vision, strategies, and goals.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Strong presentation skills

Registration for FINRA Series 24 must be completed within 180 days of hire date if it is not available for transfer upon hire. FINRA recognized equivalents will be accepted.
Obtaining and/or maintaining appropriate Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) license(s) is required for ongoing employment in this position. In addition state registration, specific product licenses or SAFE licensing may apply. Additional requirements include meeting enhanced financial fitness and criminal background standards. Wells Fargo will initiate the FINRA review process at the time of offer acceptance.
