Disputes Case Management Representative

From the Lincoln, NE customer care center, we passionately serve one of our primary partners, Cabela’s and their CLUB Members, and deliver innovative programs to help them enjoy the outdoor lifestyle. Our associates have an appreciation and respect for the outdoor lifestyle which the Cabela's CLUB card supports, but experience in camping, hunting, and fishing are not required. Our Lincoln facility is located in the N.W. area of Lincoln near the Highlands.

The financial/banking facility is located near the Highlands (NW 1st and Superior Street): 4800 NW 1st St, Lincoln, NE 68521

This position was previously the CLUB Disputes Specialist and part of the CLUB Disputes Department.


Perform daily operations and ensure accurate and timely processing while maintaining customer focus in a highly regulated area.


Serves as an advocate for our customers by providing courteous and efficient service in response to inquiries.

This position is responsible for assisting customers with questions and serves as an advocate for our customers by providing courteous and efficient service in response to inquiries.

Understands basic VISA dispute rules and regulations and is responsible for the processing of disputes, chargebacks and representments.

Understands and is able to compute all methods of finance charge calculations.

Assists with special projects requiring advanced knowledge of policies and procedures.

This position strives to build friendly, professional interactions with customers by listening and responding appropriately to customer requests and delivering a lasting and legendary impression.

The focus is on creating customer satisfaction regarding the usage of Cabela's Club VISA Card as well as utilizing values based decision making to assist customers.

Investigates account activity to identify fraud

Verify account activity and customer identity

Properly track and store claim information

Take necessary steps to resolve discrepancies and close claim in the system

Basic Qualifications

At least a high school diploma, GED, equivalent certification or military experience

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications:

1 year experience in Customer Service
