This position leads the team of Technical Support and Implementation Relationship Managers by delivering integrated technology solutions to new and existing clients of Mutual of Omaha Bank. Overall responsibility for the relationship development and implementation of new third party accounting software vendors as well as business client on-boarding and technical support.\r

Essential Job Functions:\r
\r
Drives a transformation technical support strategy to deliver a best in class proactive, predictive customer support experience.\r
Recruits, hires, trains and provides leadership and management of a high-performance team of operational and technical support resources.\r
Leads and develops a strong, motivated team of support and service professionals, building the necessary knowledge, skills and capabilities to execute our business strategies and maintain the highest level of customer service.\r
Establishes an environment that promotes excellence, communications, teamwork, sense of urgency and efficiency.\r
Ensures technical support and implementation team is prepared with the proper education, training, tools, process and procedures to efficiently deliver a high quality customer support experience.\r
Develops and communicates technical support and implementation operational metrics.\r
Partners with functional groups within the organization to analyze and effectively deliver products and services to clients and prospects. Develops action plan and coordinates technology enhancements for client base and external client support vendors.\r
Fosters relationships with key accounting software partners on behalf of Mutual of Omaha Bank clients in order to help facilitate client growth, new technology and product opportunities.\r
Oversees projects utilizing data and process flows. Maintains attention to detail to ensure factual outcome of results.\r
Compiles information from various sources to provide data driven conclusions that enhance the client experience, while remaining flexible and able to change as business requirements change.\r
Complies with all related Federal, State and Industry laws and regulations pertaining to Banking.\r

Minimum Qualifications:\r
\r
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of ten years of related technical support management experience\r
Knowledge of file transfer protocols, SFTP tools and configuration, API terminology and types. Must understand technical fundamentals, network terms and technology\r
Thorough knowledge and experience in banking and financial services industries\r
Strong project management, organizational and leadership management skills\r
Excellent communication, interpersonal, consultative and relationship management skills\r
Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic work environment while maintaining composure and flexibility\r
Capable of organizing, facilitating, leading and negotiating with team of bank associates to solve client issues\r
Able to work independently and have excellent follow through\r
This position requires extensive or prolonged typing\/keyboarding.\r
This position requires up to 33% travel, which may include flying and\/or driving and some overnight stays.\r
This position requires sitting over 66% of the time.\r
This position requires Visual Acuity at 20 inches (or less) over 66% of the time.\r

Preferred Qualifications:\r
\r
At least 5 years of experience working in the financial industry.\r
At least 5 years of experience of mangement and leadership experience.\r
\r
\r
