Valle del Sol offers a diverse work environment, competitive pay and benefits, and the opportunity for advancement.We are currently seeking for a talented individual to fill the position of Director of Integrated Health.**Salary starts at $62,000/year.The Director of Integrated Health is responsible for the overall operation of services provided via outpatient integrated health services across seven sites Valley wide. The Director of Integrated Health will also work on committees on matters relating to quality assurance, staff training, and improvement of agency processes. The Director is a key leader in championing the integration of physical and behavioral health services into one integrated whole person service model. He/she reports to the Chief of Arizona OperationsResponsibilities and DutiesThe Director is an active participant and leader within Shared Operational Leadership (SOL – the administrative management team at Valle del Sol), serves as a liaison between SOL and program staff, and represents & advocates for department needs with SOL.Develops, monitors, and reports on departmental annual budget and finances.Work with staff and supervisors to implement and ensure success of contracts and services for the department; identify challenges; and work with management staff to ensure high quality services.Seeks strategic programming and diverse funding opportunities, maintains relationships with key stakeholders, ensures the successful implementation and deliverables of new projects.Act as an advocate in the community for integrated physical and mental health programs.Facilitate integration of services between behavioral health and primary care.Ensures department production and quality goals are met consistently.Oversee and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.Ensure department practices are accurate and are updated annually.Ensure accurate collection and assessment of co-payments across all service sites.Represents agency at external meetings and maintains a positive relationship with key stakeholders.Directly supervises Clinical Program Supervisors.Qualifications and SkillsMinimum and Required:Master’s degree and minimum two years of experience working in Behavioral Health field.Meets minimum qualifications for a Behavioral Health Professional (BHP).Must have good skills in both verbal and writing communications.Must have sufficient knowledge of the substance abusing population, treatment planning and the field of human social services to work towards the rehabilitation of the client community.Must possess valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.Must have or able to obtain valid Fingerprint Clearance Card.Preferred:Advanced Excel, Outlook, and electronic health records.Experience with health plans, medical revenue cycle management, and healthcare market preferredUnderstanding of population health analyticsStrong communication and presentation skillsStrong problem solving skills, ability to analyze problems, draw relevant conclusions, and devise and implement an appropriate plan of actionPrefer knowledge of multicultural populations.Specialized certifications as applicable.Membership in professional organizations.BenefitsValle del Sol is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
