This includes the execution of strategic leadership, regional operations management and consultation to senior management in North America, China and Latin America. Serves as Strategic and Tactical Advisor to the Regional HR team and Regional Senior Management teams to meet organizational development and organizational design initiatives that are supportive of the operating and strategic business agenda. Works closely with the Sensus Americas HR team in a matrix environment.
Participates in the development of growth center’s overall business strategy and translate the business plans into departmental operational plans, programs, goals and policies.
Oversees the implementation of Human Resources programs through Human Resources staff.
Monitors administration to established standards and procedures to drive improvements in the area of employee relations with respect to wages, salaries, employee welfare, benefits and other human resources management practices.
Achieves financial objectives by forecasting departmental requirements; preparing budgets; determine requirements, trends and variances and initiate corrective action minimizing effect on organization.
Manages human resources operations by providing consultations in meeting strategic initiatives in recruiting, training and coaching staff; planning and appraising employee scope of work and impact to the organization.
Guide management and employee actions by researching, developing, writing and updating policies, procedures and guidelines.
Serves as a principal partner in the implementation of the corporate Values Programs (Vision, Mission, Ethics and Compliance, and Code of Conduct)
Conducts a continuing study of all Human Resources policies, programs, and practices to keep management informed of new developments.
Leads the development of regional human resource department goals, objectives, and systems.
Oversees M&A and integration activities that align with strategic growth initiatives of the business.
Partners with Corporate Communications leader to facilitate and implement Communications Strategy.
Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business, related field or equivalent experience
10 years of diverse professional experience in all areas of Human Resources.
5 years in leadership position.
