This job was posted by https://illinoisjoblink.illinois.gov : For more information, please see: https://illinoisjoblink.illinois.gov/ada/r/jobs/5276876 Director of Healthcare Go-To-Market Alliances Reporting to the leader of Healthcare Product Strategy & Alliances, this person will utilize their informed perspective of Healthcare market forces, Healthcare Information Technology players, Health Insurers, Providers and other Healthcare participants to assess, initiate and lead the attainment of Go-To-Market partnerships, lead Cognizant Strategic Enterprise Partner initiatives in the Healthcare domain and materially contribute to Cognizant Healthcare Product Strategy. This role will require video conference capabilities from home office and 25%-50% travel throughout the United States as required for business.Key Responsibilities / Functions: nn

Assess & Prioritize GTM partner opportunities in alignment with Cognizant business opportunities while navigating the complimentary and competitive nature of Cognizant?s product portfolio and investment roadmap.

Own and lead GTM initiatives across GTM partnerships including guiding promotion, product and service collaboration, incentives and execution against GTM financial goals. Any dedicated GTM resources for a GTM account report to this position.

Align, develop and lead Healthcare Strategic Enterprise Partner (SEP) strategic alliances for healthcare. Set SEP partner goals and support attainment of SEP sale objectives in the Healthcare vertical. Any dedicated Healthcare SEP resources for a report to this position.

Shadow P&L responsibility for achieving overall GTM partner revenue and goals.

n

Participate and influence Product Strategy activities including product direction, prioritization, investment, buy-build-partner, monetization methods and other ad-hoc initiatives.

n

Support GTM alliance activity and recommendations with routine and ad-hoc reporting, analysis and business case modeling.

Required Qualifications / Experience: nn

Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare product leadership and/or healthcare strategy consulting roles

n

Demonstrated experience planning and executing upon alliances

n

Required Technical Competencies:nn

Proficient in negotiation, business modeling and understanding technology architecture implications.

n

Required Behavioral Competencies:nn

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

n

Strong presentation skills.

n

Sophisticated analytic and critical thinking skills.

n

Experience in partner contracting and related issues including intellectual property issues, liability requirements and related topics.

n

High desire to consume information and continue learning.

n

Required Education: BA degree required ? MBA or equivalent degree with a focus on Healthcare, Finance and/or Technology-related disciplines is preferred.
