General Summary: Plan, direct, and manage the operational activities of Plant Operations and Maintenance, Safety and Security , and the recycling program , while ensuring that quality and regulatory/ compliance standards are met. Ensure the leadership and management of all staff. Identify and implement performance measures for all Facilities Departments to help ahieve the operaitonal goals of the organization. Manage facilities related projects throughout the organization. Manage facilities related contractual services and relationships.

Education and Experience: 2 years management/supervisory experience. 3-5 years of relevant experience. Fiscal management experience required. Project management experience preferred. Experience in healthcare setting preferred. Graduate of an accredited professional school. Bachelors Degree in related field required, or enrolled in a program within one year of employment or equivalent in education and experience.

Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills. Leadership skills. Computer skills. Conflict management skills. Team player, able to motivate and engage facilities team. Willing and able to perform hands on operations activities. May be required to respond to emergencies occurring on evenings, nights and weekends.
