Director of Digital Marketing','227999','!*!The Director of Digital Marketing is responsible for leading the performance marketing and email program for through planning and coordination of digital marketing activities. He/she will have significant impact on INTERMIX business results as well as lead, inspire and develop the team.

Responsibilities and Expectations:

Leads integrated digital marketing calendar, top to bottom of funnel marketing planning process integrating data insights and industry/marketing expertise

Responsible for driving marketing objectives – ROAS/uplift, share of voice, revenue targets, customer file health, etc

Lead regular post campaign analysis to measure marketing effectiveness through customer activity trends and deliver an actionable insights-driven customer segmentation plan with tactics for online & in-store 

Responsible for traffic monitoring, deep dive analysis and trend reporting  with an integrated view of all metrics for online

Works in close partnership with the buying, merchandising, and brand marketing teams on key product initiatives, new arrivals, seasonal messaging, promotional events and automated programs

Management of all external and internal E-Commerce partners, particularly Gap Inc digital marketing center of excellence, external paid social agency, and technology partners

Close collaboration with the Customer Insights & Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Team, effectively leveraging customer data & insights to drive sales online & improve gross margin rates.

Experience with A/B, multi-variate testing and customer experience initiatives that support acquisition and/or conversion.

Experience building revenue and spend forecast from the ground up.','!*!Qualifications and Experience:

4-year degree in Marketing/Communications, Business or Liberal Arts, Finance, or Statistics is required.  MBA strongly desired.

10 years relevant professional experience.

Consulting/agency/client management experience strongly preferred

Experience managing teams of at least three, ideally managing managers of others.

Retail matrix / Retail customer background preferred

Ability to work within an ambiguous environment  


Extensive management experience in the digital and ecommerce space, with a focus on Direct to Consumer & Performance Marketing strategies inclusive of SEM, Paid Social, Email, & Affiliate.

Strong CRM & Analytics background

Ability to comfortably interface with all levels of management and to communicate cross-functionally in a structured and clear manner, influencing others.

Tools/technical skills: 

Knowledge of Google Analytics and Adobe /  Omniture

Knowledge of tools across digital marketing channels (e.g. Adwords , MediaMath, Criteo, Facebook, Salesforce Marketing Cloud)

Agile One and Salesforce Commerce Cloud experience strongly desired
